Playtime with Lesser Dragons
After more event-related disappointments, I decided to forget anything having to do with the event and just hunt. Wanting to take advantage of entangle, I went back to TOI 41f.
Spent between one and two hours there, didn't have much to show for it except for the typical boatload of spellbooks (tame monster, fireball, haste, weapon break, etc.)
However, after a little break to get some food and watch Monday Night Football, I headed back up to 41f for another hour. At one point when my spirit got full, I dismissed it and saw...
Pulled up an ID scroll, and behold
So finally, after a couple hours of just junk drops, I got something nice. :)
That was really about it for my day. Gained right at my 0.75% per day goal.

I would trade 1% for 1.4m+ any day.
Just wondering, do you ever count how many arrows it takes you to kill a lesser dragon and iron golem wih the earth summon?
Yes, I do count for lesser dragons because my survival depends on keeping an accurate count. :-)
Con elf using mith arrows and +7 bowgun, it takes me 43-50 arrows to kill a lesser dragon. If I have been storm-shotted by someone, that number drops to 30-35 arrows.
I don't count arrows on horrific ig's just because they are so slow, I am never really "pressured" when killing them. However, being as both are hard-skinned and both have 800 hp, it should be the same. The only difference is, since horrific ig's are weak to air, storm shot should be even *more* effective against them than it is against ld's.
Wow. 43-50 arrows. That's a lot. I don't think I'd have the patience to do that, although I've always had a fascination with 41f+. Maybe I just like dying hehe.
ya it is a lot, but I just picked up another bzel there today. I'd say I'm averaging one bzel for every 25 lesser dragons. Hard to not like that.
